Where We Ship
- Countries: We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.
- Future Expansion: We're looking into adding more destinations down the road.
Shipping Costs
- Within the United States: Free shipping on every order.
- Within the United Kingdom: Free shipping on every order.
- No Hidden Fees: The price shown at checkout is the final delivery price — no surprises.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. This gives us time to verify, pack, and dispatch your items correctly before they ship.
- Order Cut-Off: Our daily cut-off is 11:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Anything ordered over the weekend is processed on the following business day.
Transit Time
- Estimated Delivery: 4–6 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- Shipping Days: Orders go out Monday through Friday.
- Please Note: Delivery windows are estimates and can shift due to factors outside our control, such as high demand, carrier delays, or weather. If that happens, we'll keep you updated.
- Total Delivery Time: Altogether, expect your order to arrive within roughly 5–8 business days from the day you place it.

Missing Items
- Reporting a Problem: If something is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@carevolvstore.com.
- Resolution: We'll look into it right away and either send out a replacement or arrange a refund.
Returns
- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized products can't be returned.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described — in those cases, Carevolv Store covers the cost.
- Refunds: Once your return arrives, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: We never charge a restocking fee on returns.
